The volunteers are genuinely here to help these beautiful creatures live their best (second) lives. A very well-run, well-done facility! Highly-recommend!

I went there for a company party so I can’t speak to the reservation process, but the facility and the owners and the donkeys are amazing.

I wish they had raised more funds but definitely this first gala is a gateway to showcase the amazing work and dedication from animal lovers and community members making a positive impact on our community.
What a great event and we had a special evening sharing our table with an amazing couple that are partners of the Two Ass Brewing Co. that donation the fantastic beer. Also at our table were the kindest, generous, and fun people supporting this mission that turned out are also Cal Poly alumni and colleagues (go figure in SLO this never happens right!).
After the delicious BBQ, one of our new friends shared the Basque-style cheesecake and Sherry Brandy she purchased at the live auction and relished about some of the Basque traditions passed on from her grandmother. Quite a memorable evening.
