I, the undersigned adult, on my own behalf and as the parent, legal guardian, or legally authorized representative of any minor(s) listed below, hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering the premises of Rancho Burro Donkey Sanctuary and interacting with equines—acknowledging that donkeys are unpredictable animals that may kick, bite, or move suddenly. I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rancho Burro Donkey Sanctuary, its officers, directors, principals, agents, volunteers, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from presence on the property or participation in activities, including claims caused by the sanctuary’s own negligence. I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all Tour Rules and Guest Checklist items on the website, certify that any listed minors understand these safety rules to the best of their ability, grant permission for photos or videos of our visit to be used in media and marketing, and understand that by signing below I am giving up substantial legal rights.
